Building Rental
Cost $600.00
Plus $200.00 Clean-up Fee
($200.00 is Refundable if the building is clean after usage.)
Included in the Rental:
Tables and Chairs
Use of Kitchen and appliances
Ice Machine
Ruritan Rental Rules
1. No music should be heard outside of the building.
2. DJ's/Bands should retain all music within the building premises.
3. No loitering, gathering, or playing loud music in the parking lot, especially near the fence side.
4. All doors should be unlocked during the use of the building, but remain closed.
5. All leasees are expected to comply with the above rules and respect the club's neighbors.
6. All leasees must comply with the county ordinance. (Absolutely no music after 11:00 PM.)
7. Any violation of the above will cause your function to be shut down.
